Your ordered products will be put aside for you for 7 days. After this period, if your payment has still not reached us, the order will be automatically cancelled and the products will be put back on sale and may become unavailable.
As soon as we receive your payment, it will be validated and your order will be prepared.

You can pay directly by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The transaction then takes place directly between you and our bank's payment platform, via a totally encrypted connection that is independent of our company. The payment platform simply informs us of the result of the payment. We never know your credit card number. All transactions are carried out using the "3D secure V2" protocol, which prevents fraudulent use of payment cards. This means that your bank will ask you to authenticate yourself using a code received by SMS, or another means of confirmation that you are the real owner of the payment card.

The transaction then takes place directly between you and our bank's payment platform, via a totally encrypted connection that is independent of our company. The payment platform just notifies us of the result of the payment. We never know your American Express card number. All transactions are carried out using the "3D secure V2 / SafeKey from American Express" protocol, which prevents fraudulent use of payment cards. American Express will ask you to authenticate yourself to confirm that you are the real owner of the payment card.
For any order > 100 €, delivered in France, you can choose to pay by credit card in several instalments, free of charge (Calumette bears the payment fees), through the ALMA payment platform, via a totally encrypted connection that is independent of our company. The payment platform notifies us only of the result of the payment. We never know your credit card number. All transactions are carried out using the "3D secure V2" protocol, which prevents fraudulent use of bank cards. In practice, your bank will ask you to authenticate yourself by a code received by SMS, or another means of confirmation that you are the real owner of the credit card.
Alma may ask you for additional informations to accept payment in several instalments.
Alma specialises in payment in installments, is recognised for its reliability and is used by the biggest e-commerce websites. The transaction is carried out directly between you and ALMA. Your bank card will be debited directly for one third of the amount to be paid, then one month later for the second third, and finally one month later for the final third. Payment due dates and amounts are clearly displayed before payment. Once the transaction has been completed, Alma sends you an e-mail enabling you to view your monthly payments, defer a payment if necessary or pay it immediately.
You can pay your order by bank transfer in EURO only, from the European SEPA zone.
Instructions with our bank account number for making your bank transfer will be given to you after validation of your order, and in the e-mail confirming your order.
You can make either a normal bank transfer (received in 1 to 2 working days) or an instant bank transfer (received in a few hours, your bank may charge you a fee for an instant transfer).
