Which sub-contractors do we send your data to?
Calumette has the particularity of transmitting your data to a much smaller number of subcontractors than most of our competitors, as many services are carried out in-house: for example, we do not have a subcontractor for customer reviews or the chat service, as these are carried out in-house. This means that we have fewer service providers to whom we can pass on your personal data.
- We send your mobile number to an SMS operator located in France that complies with the RGPD, only when we need to send you an SMS to track your order.
- We send information about the payment to be made to the online payment operator you have chosen.
- We send invoices to our accounting firm.
- We send the carrier you have chosen the data they need to deliver your parcel (full address) and to inform you of the delivery (e-mail, telephone, mobile).
- We use the services of Google Analytics to measure the audience of our site, which collects your browsing history (without us transmitting your identification data such as your surname, first name, address).
- We may pass on your personal data to organisations linked to the justice system if we are required to do so by law.
