Return of products

For all requests to return products, please contact us before via the contact form for agreement. We are also available by chat or telephone.

  • Defective equipment :
    We will get back to you to get more details if necessary and tell you how to return/exchange the products.

  • Exchange of e-liquids:
    We'll let you know the return/exchange procedure in reply. Please note that opened e-liquids cannot be exchanged.
    Products returned must not have been opened, unwrapped, used or damaged in any way. If this is not the case, the return will not be accepted and no credit note/refund/exchange will be possible.
    The return of products will give you a credit note equal to the purchase price of the product(s) purchased, excluding delivery costs.

  • Error in your order:
    We will inform you in reply of the procedure for refund, credit note or exchange. Please note that no opened e-liquids or used materials may be returned.
    Products returned must not have been opened, unwrapped, used or damaged in any way. If this is not the case, the return will not be accepted and no credit note/refund/exchange will be possible.

When returning products (after contact and prior agreement with our services):

  • Please enclose your invoice and write the reason for your return on plain paper or on the invoice.
    (Packages cannot be returned if the sender cannot be identified (order number, surname, first name, address).
  • We advise you to send your parcel with tracking number, and to keep the parcel number in case there is an incident with your return to Calumette.
    The risks associated with the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer who sends them.
