After the success of the Zelos X, Aspire is back with the Zelos M80 kit, an even more versatile and durable version. Equipped with a built-in 2600 mAh battery, this model combines autonomy, performance and meticulous design, thanks to its zinc alloy and rounded shape that ensures an excellent grip.

With a width of 25 mm, the box is compatible with clearomizers up to 25 mm in diameter.

Locking button on the underside of the box

With a maximum power of 80W and a capacity of 2,600 mAh, it's ideal for all-day use. Fast charging is via a USB-C Quick Charge port. A lock button on the underside of the box locks the settings to prevent accidental activation, particularly during transport.

Front of the battery

The front panel features a switch button, two adjustment buttons, a large 0.96" TFT colour screen and the charging port. Two side LED bars light up with each puff, for a customisable touch.

0.96" TFT screen

The TFT screen makes it easy to read all the information you need to vape. The integrated chipset makes it easy to navigate between the different modes available:

• WATT: Manual setting of power in watts;
• VOLTAGE: Manual adjustment of voltage in Volt;
• BYPASS: Automatic power setting according to coil and battery remaining;
• TC: Temperature control for atomisers fitted with Ni, SS or Titanium coils, with predefined settings;
• CPS: Customisable power curve for each puff.

LEDs and screen animations can also be customised from the menu.

Aspire Nautilus 3SR clearomizer

The kit includes the new Nautilus 3SR clearomizer, perfectly matched to the box. With a diameter of 25 mm and a capacity of 3.75 ml, it's easy to fill from the top thanks to a sliding top cap. Two drip tips are supplied: a short, narrow 510 drip tip and a long, curved drip tip, depending on the type of vape you're looking for.

The Nautilus 3SR is protected by a honeycomb shell that secures the tank glass. A second 4 ml tank glass (without shell) is also included.

Aspire Nautilus coils

It uses the famous Nautilus coils, renowned for their reliability and flavour reproduction. Installing the coil is simple: it slides directly into the base without screwing.

Adjustable airflow

The Nautilus 3S base features an airflow with 7 holes of different diameters. You can choose between several airflow orifices: 0.8 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. From very tight to slightly airy, the draw will adapt to your vape and will also depend on the coil you choose.

The kit comes with 2 coils:

• Aspire Nautilus mesh 0.30 ohm coil for a range of use between 23 and 28 W for a restrictive direct draw (RDL).
• Aspire Nautilus BVC 1.8 ohm coil for a range of use between 10 and 14 W for a tight indirect draw (MTL).

Use

- Charging your box:
Plug the USB-C cable into the port on your Aspire Zelos M80 box. While your box is charging, you can continue to vape. The box has a charge indicator.

- Switching your box on and off:
Press the main "Switch" button 5 times quickly.

- Locking your box:
Turn the switch on the underside of the box to "lock" or "unlock" as required.

- Changing modes:
Press the "+" and "Power" buttons simultaneously to access the menu. Click on Mode using the switch, then choose the mode you want.

- Filling your clearomizer:
To fill your tank, simply push the top cap (a red arrow on the top cap indicates which way to push) and you will reach the filling opening.

- Changing the coil :
Unscrew the base of the clearomizer, pull out the coil and fit a new one, taking care to fit the coil into the notches provided. Refit the airflow ring.

- Adjusting the Airflow :
Rotate the adjustment ring on the 5 small-diameter holes for indirect inhalation or on the two larger holes for semi-direct inhalation.

Advice

We suggest you prime your coil by depositing a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Aspire Nautilus coil to avoid the "dry hit" and burnt taste.
