What nicotine strength should I choose to stop smoking?

Generally speaking, when you're just starting out, choose the highest nicotine strength you can tolerate (ideally 16 mg/ml, but if you're still smoking your throat is continually irritated by the burning tobacco and it can scratch your throat a bit too much, so you need to inhale more slowly and possibly lower the nicotine strength). Getting a sufficient dose of nicotine when your body wants it, is the best way to quit smoking (remember that nicotine is not carcinogenic, it's the burning of a cigarette that is). You can then very gradually lower your nicotine strength, or even stop vaping.

50% Vegetable Glycerin (VG), 50% Propylene Glycol (PG), flavourings, nicotine, all our love for you.

Use

To open the bottle, press and turn the cap at the same time.
Pour your eliquid inside the clearomizer. After filling, wait 2 minutes before vaping, just long enough for the coil, or other cartridge, wire, wick, atomizer, tank or dripper to be well impregnated.
Remember to refill your clearomizer as soon as the liquid volume is too low (weak vapor, hot smell).
To preserve the flavour and lifetime of your coil, use one coil per flavour.
Change the coil of your clearomizer regularly (every 10 to 15 refills). Over time it will clog up and deliver less and less aroma.
