Vandy Vape offers us a relatively imposing atomizer: the Kylin V3. With its 25 mm diameter and 6 ml capacity, it's designed for generous, powerful vaping. Imposing indeed, but with a fine finish, particularly the engravings.

Mounted on a single or dual battery box mod, it will reveal all its potential.

Top cap removed to fill your atomizer

The top cap unscrews to reveal 2 large filling slots. The conical shape makes it easy to introduce liquid without even having to aim for the holes. You can easily use a small bottle with a wide pipette.

Disassembled Kylin atomizer

The top cap is topped by a short, wide 810 drip tip specially designed for a very airy vape.

Your Kylin Atomizer is also sold with a straight pyrex (lower capacity than bulb pyrex) and an 810 to 510 adaptor, if you prefer 510 drip tips.

Airflow integrated into the top cap

Under the top cap, you'll find an airflow ring with 2 wide slots for a very airy draw. The ring can be removed and cleaned.

Single or double coil assembly

A large plate is designed for use with single or double coils. 2 perforated blades surround the coils to prevent splashing and ensure cooling of the assembly.

Dome-shaped air supply

The air supply is mainly under the coils. The dome, like the atomisation bell, has been designed to maximise vapor production.

The coils are screwed in from the side to avoid the disadvantages of tightening from above. Installation is relatively easy, with large openings for easy positioning of the cotton.

Use

- Placing your coils:
Unscrew the base of the atomizer to access the base of the tray. Unscrew the tray screws using the Allen key supplied.

Cut the coil wires using the template supplied. Place your coils on the tray and tighten the screws. Carefully cut a piece of cotton about 0.5 cm long and roll it up to fit in the centre of the coil.

Redirect the wicks on either side of the coils and trim the excess so that the cotton does not protrude from the tray. Soak your cotton well before closing your atomizer/dripper. Now all you have to do is fill it up and vape!

We advise you to check the resistance in ohms of each of your coils with an ohm meter. A too low coil or a short circuit can seriously damage your equipment.

Advice

- We suggest you try several different threads and cottons to find your ideal vape. Bear in mind that the thinner the wire, the higher the resistance and vice versa.
