If you're familiar with the LX version with integrated battery, Aspire now offers the EX version with 18650 replacement battery. The size remains the same, as does the modern design which combines a metal frame and imitation leather cover for a comfortable grip.

Unscrew the battery cover under the box

Despite its compact size, the box is wide enough to accommodate clearomizers up to 28 mm in diameter.

The box is fitted with an 18650 battery for maximum power of 100 W. The battery door is opened by unscrewing the plug on the underside of the box. The batteries can be charged directly from the box via a USB-C socket, but as with all removable batteries, we recommend that you use an external charger to extend their life.

Huracan EX box front panel

The front of the box features a large 0.96" colour screen, and control and operating buttons. The ON/OFF button is also on the front, whereas in most cases it's on the underside of the box.

Clear, legible 0.96" screen

The chipset is identical to that of the Aspire Zelos X box. The clear, easy-to-read screen gives you access to all the vape info you need. Navigation between the various menus is smooth and straightforward.

The box offers the following operating modes: Variable Wattage, Variable Voltage, Bypass, Temperature Control (Ni, Ti, SS) and CPS for a customised power curve.

Use

- Charging your box:
Plug the USB type C cable into the USB port on your Huracan EX.

- Switching your box on/off:
On the front panel, toggle the "On/Off" button to turn your box on or off.

- Locking your box:
Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to lock. To lock the entire box, press the "power" button 3 times in less than a second.

- Changing mode:
Press the "+" and "Power" buttons simultaneously to change your box's mode.
