Dotmod Dotstick Revo

Dotmod is making its revo-lution with the Dotstick Revo, a lithium battery-free device. How does it work, you may ask? Well, Dotmod has incorporated a super-capacitor with a capacity equivalent to a 700 mAh lithium battery for a maximum power of 35 W.

Unlike a lithium battery, which can withstand 300 to 600 complete discharges/discharges, the super capacitor can easily withstand more than 10,000 before showing signs of weakness. You can enjoy many months of vaping with a battery that lasts longer. A good deal for your bank card and for the planet.

USB C charging socket

The other advantage of the super capacitor is the charging time. 5 minutes, yes you read that right, 5 minutes, using the Dotstick Revo 6A charger as the output current. A few minutes more will be needed if you use a less powerful charger. Thanks to the indicator light, which changes from red to blue to green, you'll be able to see your battery's charge progressing in record time.

Charging is via the USB C socket on the underside of the Revo.

Dotmod engraved power button

In terms of design, the Revo borrows from the Dotstick in both shape and size. However, the metal frame has been replaced by a lighter, semi-transparent PCTG structure that reveals Dotmod's trademark motifs.

Adjustable airflow

A little higher up, you'll find a button with the Dotmod engraving, and an adjustable airflow to switch from a tight draw to an overhead draw.

The switch activates your device. It can also be used to change the wattage in 3 ways: low, normal or high. The Revo also works in automatic mode, drawing directly from the clearomizer.

Dotstick Revo battery

The battery is fitted with a 3.5 ml PCTG cartridge featuring Dotcoil resistances. Depending on the type of coil used, vaping will be indirect to restrictive direct, making the Revo perfectly accessible to beginners and regulars alike.

Teflon lid for filling

Once the cartridge has been removed, it can be filled from the side by lifting a Teflon cover. The cartridge is placed back in its slot to protect it from any accidental opening. At the top, an oval 510 drip tip provides an excellent grip in the mouth.

Dotmod DotCoil coil

The kit comes with 2 Dotmod Dotcoil coils.

Range of use :

• Dotmod DotCoil 0.7 ohm coil with an operating range of 14 W to 20 W for direct inhalation vaping.
• Dotmod DotCoil 0.9 ohm coil with an operating range of 12 W to 16 W for indirect inhalation vaping. Suitable for high nicotine strengths.

Use

- Charging your Dotmod DotStick Revo kit:
Plug your USB-C cable into the socket on the underside of the battery.

- Changing the operating mode:
Press the "power" button three times to make your selection.

• Red LED: soft mode
• Blue LED: medium mode
• Red LED: strong mode

- Checking the charge:
The charge level of your battery is indicated by an indicator light:

• Green LED: charge between 61% and 100%
• Blue LED: charge between 21% and 100%
• Red LED: charge between 1% and 20%.

- Changing the coil:
Pull out the cartridge, change the coil and replace it.
Note that the tank must not be full.

- Filling your tank:
Pull on the cartridge and lift the Teflon cover to fill your cartridge.

- Vaping:
Press the switch 5 times in succession to switch on or off. Press the switch to vape or inhale directly onto your clearomizer.

Advice

- We suggest you put a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Dotmod dotcoil coil. This will prevent a burnt taste.
