Choice of nicotine strength

Calumette advises you to always start with the lowest dosage (3-4 mg of nicotine per nicotine pouch). With practice, you can increase the dosage as you get used to the tingling effect ("Kick") and if you feel that the nicotine intake is not completely satisfying the craving.

Use

• Take a nicotine pouch, crack the flavour ball between your teeth (you can also let it melt).
• Place the Pouch under your upper lip (in front or slightly to the side) in contact with your gums.
• The flavour and nicotine will diffuse for around 30 minutes.
• Once the diffusion is complete, put the used pouch in the compartment of the box provided for this purpose or throw it in the bin.
• Once all the pouches have been used, put the used pouches in the bin and the plastic box in the recycling bin.

You may feel a tingling sensation or a slight burning, this is the kick. This is normal and temporary. To reduce this effect, change the position of the pouch or remove it and hydrate yourself. Remember that the higher the dose of nicotine or menthol flavour in the pouch, the stronger the kick.
