Aspire Atlantis GT Clearomizer

Aspire is renewing its collaboration with the prestigious manufacturer Taifun. If you're a keen smoker, you may remember the Aspire Atlantis clearomizer, another product of this partnership, which helped democratise sub-ohm operation.

25 mm diameter and 510 connection

Aspire has built on this experience to offer the Aspire Atlantis GT clearomizer for powerful, airy vaping.
At first glance, you'll notice that particular care has been taken with the honeycomb design. The tank glass is completely surrounded by a protective metal frame.

For those worried about breaking the tank glass, Aspire also offers an opaque PSU tank that is virtually unbreakable in normal use.

Quarter-turn adjustable airflow

The clearomizer has a large diameter of 25 mm and a capacity of 4 ml. It is filled from the top by turning the top cap a quarter-turn. While the opening has been particularly carefully designed, it may look a little confusing, but with use everything falls into place. The top cap lifts as you spin, so there's no seepage when you use it.

The short, wide 510 drip tip gives a very airy draw.

Adjustable airflow at the bottom of the clearomizer

The Atlantis GT has an airflow with 3 notches to open one or more holes. The holes are not large in diameter, but the draw is silent and very airy.

Unscrewing the airflow base reveals its complexity. It's made up of two parts: a main ring and a second that houses the coil. Inside the kit are 2 rings, one with 1.5 mm diameter holes and the other with 1.2 mm diameter holes. So you'll be able to have an airy to very airy draw depending on which ring is fitted.

Aspire Atlantis GT clearomizer disassembled

Aspire has fitted its Atlantis GT clearomizer with Aspire Atlantis SE mesh coils in 0.18 ohm and 0.3 ohm. They are designed for high power. You'll need a box adapted to these coils. Vaping will be powerful and intense.

Power usage :

• Aspire Atlantis SE Coil 0.3 ohm coil to be used in a range between 30 W and 40 W for direct inhalation vape.
• Aspire Atlantis SE Coil 0.18 ohm to be used on a range between 45 W and 60 W for a direct inhalation vape.

Use

- Filling your clearomizers:
Turn the top cap a quarter turn to open the filler hole.

- Changing the coil:
When changing the coil, remember to check your tank, which should not be more than half full. Unscrew the clearomizer from its base and pull out the coil. Remove the airflow ring and replace it on the new coil. Prime your coil by placing a few drops of e-liquid on the surface of the cotton.

- Adjusting the airflow :
Rotate the adjustment ring to vary your vape from airy to tight. There are 2 airflow rings inside your kit. One with 1.2 mm diameter holes and the other with 1.5 mm diameter holes.

Advice

- We suggest you place a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Aspire Atlantis coil. Once your clearomizer is filled with e-liquid, remember to inhale (without activating the battery) several times for proper wetting. This will avoid a burnt taste.
