With the Aegis Hero 2 H45 kit, Geek Vape is bringing out a more contemporary version with pastel tones that stand out from the design of previous models.

Rear panel

The pocket format, light weight and leatherette body make it easy to hold and intuitive to use, with easily accessible buttons. Like the rest of the range, the Hero 2 pod is shockproof, dustproof and waterproof.

USB-C charging socket

Despite its small size, the Hero 2 has a 1400 mAh battery with a maximum output of 45 W, giving it very good battery life. The USB-C charging socket is located on the front of the device and can accept up to 2 A of charging current.

Large 0.96" colour screen

On the front, there's a large, simple and very clear 0.96" colour screen. The information displayed is easy to read and understand. The Geek Vape Aegis pod has 2 operating modes: Variable Wattage and Bypass.

Navigation between the different settings is very straightforward, as is locking the settings buttons.

The box comes with a Hero 2 cartridge that has all the features of a clearomizer: large 4 ml capacity, 510 drip tip and adjustable airflow for a restrictive to direct draw.

Filling lid

The cartridge is filled by lifting the Teflon cover. The kit comes with Geek Vape B Serie coils. Your kit comes with 2 coils, 0.6 ohm and 0.4 ohm. The draw is light and relatively powerful. These coils are suitable for nicotine strengths of 6 mg or less.

Power ratings of Geek Vape B Serie coils:

• Geek Vape B Serie 0.6 ohm coil: operating range between 15 and 25 W for an airy draw.
• Geek Vape B Serie 0.4 ohm coil: operating range between 25 and 35 W for a more powerful vape.

Use

- Charging your pod:
Plug the USB cable into your pod's port (USB C socket). You can also vape while charging your box. Charge indicator and charge time indicator.

- Changing operating mode:
Press the "power" button 3 times to select "Power" mode or "Bypass" mode.

- Locking the power :
Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to lock or unlock the power setting. When the buttons are locked, a long press on the "power" button locks all the buttons.

- Changing the coil :
Pull on the top of the cartridge. Remove the coil located under the cartridge. If the coil is difficult to remove, use the tool supplied with the kit. Replace the new coil and the cartridge on the battery.

- Filling your clearomizer:
Open the Teflon cover of the cartridge and place the pipette of your bottle in the opening. Fill your cartridge and close the lid.

- Switching the pod on and off:
Press the "power" button 5 times in less than a second to turn your pod on or off.

- Adjusting the Airflow :
Turn the Airflow ring to adjust the airflow to your liking. For lovers of vapor, make sure the Airflow is wide open. For more flavour, close the Airflow a little more.

Advice

- We suggest you put a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Geek Vape B Serie coil. This will prevent a burnt taste.
