Aspire's Nautilus 3S gets a facelift with a honeycomb version. Very similar in design to version 3, the honeycomb gives it a more modern look and protects the tank glass. With a capacity of 3.75 ml and a diameter of 24 mm, you can easily install it on your favourite box for indirect or restrictive direct vaping.

At the top is the sliding top cap with a wide slot for easy liquid entry. The kit includes 2 drip tips: a short, narrow 510 drip tip and an oval drip tip, depending on the type of vape you're looking for.

With its 3.75 ml capacity, the Nautilus 3S will allow you to limit refills throughout the day. The honeycomb design has been carefully crafted, and the solidly carved frame gives this clearomizer the strength it needs.

The coil can be changed without having to empty the tank, thanks to an ingenious system for blocking liquid inlets.

What would a Nautilus be without Aspire Nautilus coils? The Nautilus 3S is no exception to the rule, and incorporates these coils of proven quality. The coil is no longer screwed onto the base or chimney, but is fitted into the hole in the base. So it doesn't get stuck in the chimney or, even worse, stuck on the base.

Adjustable airflow

The Nautilus 3S base features an airflow with 7 holes of different diameters. You can choose between several airflow orifices: 0.8 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. From very tight to slightly airy, the draw will adapt to your vape and will also depend on the coil you choose.

The kit comes with 2 Aspire Nautilus coils:

• Aspire Nautilus mesh 0.30 ohm coil for a range of use between 23 and 28 W for an RDL-type draw.
• Aspire Nautilus mesh 1 ohm coil for a range of use between 13 and 15 W for a rather tight indirect MTL draw.

Calumette's review: The Nautilus 3S retains the main features of the Nautilus 3 clearomizer. It's mainly the design that has been reworked, not to say chiselled. The design is still functional, however, as the honeycombed metal shell makes the clearomizer lighter and protects the tank glass.

Use

- Filling your clearomizer:
Push the top cap in the direction indicated by the red arrow.

- Changing the coil:
There's no need to empty your tank when changing the coil. Unscrew the clearomizer from its base and pull on the coil. A spring system will prevent the liquid from leaking out. Prime your coil by placing a few drops of e-liquid on the surface of the cotton.

- Adjusting the airflow:
Rotate the adjustment ring on one of the 7 airflow holes to vary your vape from airy to tight.

Advice

- We suggest you place a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Aspire Nautilus coil. Once your clearomizer is full of e-liquid, remember to inhale (without activating the battery) several times to ensure proper humidification. This will avoid a burnt taste.
