Innokin CoolFire Z80 Zenith 2

Innokin has upgraded its Coolfire kit with a range of improvements to both the box mod and the clearomizer.

CoolFire Z80 box mod front panel

While the lines of the Z80 are inspired by the Z50, its character and design are more assertive. Depending on the model, the box is finished in imitation leather or suede for an ergonomic grip.

Battery compartment under the box

Unlike the Z50, the Z80 uses a 18650 battery with a maximum output of 80W. You can recharge your replacement battery directly on the box using the USB type C socket.

Large colour screen

The large colour screen makes it easier and more intuitive to read and navigate through the various menus. The box mod has been designed for beginner vapers, with a mode that preserves the longevity of the coil while guaranteeing optimum flavour reproduction. It is also suitable for experienced vapers, who will find these innovations more comfortable to use.

2 new modes have been introduced: FØ and Refresh mode, which extends the useful life of the coils.

You'll have access to Variable Wattage, as well as the innovative FØ mode, which lets you vape using an alternating current that guarantees the durability of your coil as well as the flavour. You can adjust the hertz frequency of the alternating current according to how you feel.

The 'Refresh' mode cleans your ageing coil by running it at 40% power. You'll gain extra puffs.

Innokin Zenith 2 clearomizer

Innokin is equipping its CoolFire box with the Zenith 2, which retains the clean lines of the Zenith clearomizer with a metal frame. Unlike previous versions, the clearomizer is more versatile.

Quarter-turn top cap for easy filling

Its 5.5 ml capacity is equivalent to that of the Zenith Pro, with a diameter of 27 mm. Filling is done from the top thanks to the quarter-turn top cap. A silicone drip shield ensures clean, efficient filling.

Zenith 2 clearomizer disassembled

The top cap houses an Ultem 510 drip tip. A second drip tip is included in your kit, for a tighter draw.

The tank glass can be removed and replaced, which was not possible with previous versions. This option ensures the longevity of your clearomizer in the event of bumps or scratches. A second tank glass is also supplied with the clearomizer.

Precise airflow ring

In the lower part of the Zenith 2, the base houses a precise and efficient airflow. You can choose between a wide opening for a restrictive direct draw or a three-hole opening for an indirect draw.

Innokin Z Coil

Once the base has been removed, you'll have access to the high-performance Innokin Z coil. The kit comes with two 0.3 ohm and 0.8 ohm coils.

Range of use of the coils :

• Z Coil 0.8 ohm is used in a range between 15 W and 18 W for an indirect draw.
• Z Coil 0.3 ohm is used in a range between 30 W and 40 W for restrictive direct draw.

Use

- Switching on/off your Innokin Coolfire Z80 box mod :
Press the "power" button three times to switch your box mod on or off.

- Recharging your Innokin Coolfire Z80 box mod:
Plug the micro USB cable into the USB port on your computer or wall socket. Plug in your Innokin Coolfire box mod. Your battery charge status will be displayed at the top right of your screen.

- Setting up your Innokin Coolfire Z80 mod box:
Switch on your box. Select the operating mode by pressing the "+" and "-" buttons to access the menu. To adapt the power of your box, press and hold the "+" or "-" button for several seconds to unlock the power setting. Confirm by pressing "power".

- Filling your Innokin Zenith 2 Clearomizer:
Turn the top cap a quarter turn in the direction indicated "open". Pour your liquid into the slot. Close again.

- Changing the coil :
Position your clearomizer upside down. Unscrew the base of the tank and the coil. Remove the coil and fit a new one, taking care to place it in the grooves. Remember to change your coils every 4 to 5 refills.

- Adjusting the Airflow :
Turn the Airflow ring to adjust the airflow to your liking. The ring allows you to block the holes through which the air enters the clearomizer to a greater or lesser extent. The more the holes are open, the more the vapor. In short, for a tight draw, leave the air holes almost closed and for a more airy draw, leave the air holes wide open.

Advice

- We suggest you put a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Innokin Z coil. This will prevent a burnt taste.

- Be sure to respect the maximum usage ranges indicated on your coils.
