Aspire Nautilus Prime X

A revamped version of the Nautilus Prime, the Nautilus Prime X moves upmarket. The design has been reworked to include an imitation leather back for a more pleasant feel and grip. Unlike the Prime, the Prime X uses an 18650 battery and can be charged quickly using a USB-C charging socket.

The Prime's main assets have been retained, such as the airflow, for its precision and efficiency during both direct and indirect vaping.

Large Prime X screen

The single-chrome screen has been replaced by a large 0.96" colour screen, which is easier to read and has perfect backlighting. Navigation is ultra-intuitive, with streamlined menus and sub-menus. There's no risk of getting lost in the maze. You can even personalise your screen by changing the colour if you wish.

You'll find all the usual functions, such as Variable Wattage, Variable Voltage and Bypass. There's also an automatic mode that detects the coil based on its ohm value.

BP and Nautilus cartridges and coils

The Nautilus Prime X comes with two cartridges:

• A 4.5 ml cartridge compatible with Nautilus coils for indirect or RDL draw.
• A 4 ml cartridge compatible with BP coils for a powerful direct draw.

Once removed from its base, the cartridge can be filled from the back by lifting the silicone lid. Depending on the cartridge used, you'll notice the presence of a narrow or wide 510 drip tip, which also complements the type of vape you're used to.

Range of use of the coils supplied in the Nautilus Prime X kit:

• Aspire Nautilus 2S 0.70 ohm coil for a range of use between 20 and 25 W for a semi-direct draw.
• Aspire BP 0.30 ohm coil for a range of use between 30 and 40 W for direct draw.

Use

- Charging your Aspire Nautilus Prime X Pod:
Plug the USB type C cable into the USB port on your Nautilus Prime X.

- Switching your Nautilus Prime X Pod on and off:
Press 5 times in less than 1 second to turn the device on. To turn it off, press the "power" button 5 more times.

- Locking your Nautilus Prime X Pod:
Press the "power" button 3 times to lock or unlock the settings buttons.

- Changing modes:
Press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously to access your device's menu.

- Filling your cartridge:
Pull the top cap of your cartridge. Open the Teflon cover to fill your cartridge. Put your cartridge back in place.

- Changing the coil :
Pull on the top cap of your cartridge. Remove the coil holder, unscrew the coil and fit a new one. Put the cartridge back in place. When using the BP cartridge, you will only need to insert the coil, as there is no coil holder.

Advice

- We suggest you prime your coil by placing a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Aspire Nautilus coil to avoid the "dry hit" and burnt taste.
