Concentrate, more commonly known as "concentrated flavouring", is a flavouring ready to be mixed with a VG/PG base and nicotine shots, to make e-liquid in large quantities - this is DIY. Please note that concentrated flavours must be mixed with a base according to the manufacturer's dilution instructions.
