The base is the combination of Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG) in a liquid. It is used to create your own DIY e-liquids. It is always expressed as a ratio of VG/PG. The more VG there is, the more vapor there will be, but the flavours will be less well reproduced, and vice versa for propylene glycol.
