E-liquid is the liquid you put in your e-cigarette. It is ready to vaporise and is made up of a base with a variable level of Propylene Glycol/Vegetable Glycerin, nicotine (up to a maximum of 20 mg/ml) or not and flavourings. Its composition means that it evaporates very quickly when it comes into contact with a source of heat. In the e-cigarette, it is the cotton/resistive wire of the coil that produces the vapor.
