RBA stands for RebuildAble Atomizer, and generally indicates a rebuildable atomizer. The RBA base includes the mounting tray as well as the atomisation chamber. You may find RBA trays that indicate that you can turn a clearomizer into a rebuildable by placing it in place of the coil.
