Soak your new coil before use, by placing a few drops of liquid on the cotton pad. Then, if necessary, aspire through the drip tip without activating the battery, to force it to prime.
This is very important because a poorly soaked coil usually causes a dry hit (in the absence of liquid, the cotton is burnt by the resistive wire of the coil). The result is a very unpleasant taste, and all you have to do is replace your coil with a new one.
