A mesh coil (not to be confused with a wick) is a coil that takes the form of a grid rather than a resistive wire, in the case of pre-assembled resistors. Mesh is also used in Genesis-type rebuildable atomisers, where the mesh is in the form of a sheet and is used to supply liquid to your assembly.
