The hot spot is a phenomenon that occurs when a rebuildable is incorrectly fitted. The coil does not heat up evenly over its entire surface and will heat up excessively at a specific point (hot spot), causing unpleasant tastes.
In all cases, a coil soaked in liquid must not start to redden, either partially or completely, otherwise it is referred to as a hot spot.
