    Hello,
We’re sorry that the delivery time did not meet your expectations.
As stated on our website, delivery times are provided for guidance only and, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.
In your case, your order was delivered within 6 working days. This delay was due to slowdowns in La Poste’s deliveries caused by the hot weather over the past few weeks, as well as the public holiday on 14 July, which delayed the delivery of your parcel by one day.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
    Have a lovely day,
    The Calumette team.
