My orders are always spot on and delivery is standard but quick. There’s always a little extra touch! And when you need help choosing a new flavour or anything else, you can pop in and try things out with a sales assistant who knows all their products.
I’ve been ordering from them for several years now and I highly recommend them Jonathan B. recommends Calumette (Translation from French)

Unfortunately, my last order, placed on 28 August, still hasn’t arrived at my home; I haven’t received it, even though I’ve never had any problems before. It’s been marked ‘returned to sender’, but I still haven’t heard anything back from Calumette; I hope they’ll take my issue seriously. Véronique M. recommends Calumette (Translation from French)
    Hello,
We are truly sorry about this situation. We are monitoring your package and the claim with the carrier on a daily basis and have followed up with them several times, but unfortunately, we still haven’t received a clear response from them.
We will, of course, stay in touch with you and do everything necessary to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    Have a great day,
    The Calumette Team.
