Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and will be paying special attention to how we seal our bottles to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The cap/nozzle on this bottle is not suitable for filling the tank. The nozzle doesn’t fit properly into the tank’s filling hole, causing the liquid to spill out around the sides when filling. Saied B. does not recommend this product Calumette graduated twist bottle
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
For easier and more precise filling, we recommend our Calumette Dropper bottles, which are specially designed with a thin, convenient tip to make filling tanks easier.
Please feel free to contact us if you’d like advice on choosing the bottle that’s best suited for your equipment.
Have a great day,
The Calumette Team.

These bottles are really good, but unfortunately, you don’t have all the sizes available. Saied B. does not recommend this product Calumette graduated chubby bottle
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding available sizes, unfortunately we do not currently have any restocks planned for the 60 ml bottles. However, you may want to consider our Calumette Dropper bottles, which come in various sizes and also offer convenient and precise filling.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like advice on the size best suited to your needs.
Have a great day,
The Calumette Team.

think the filter shown in the picture is the original one, while the filter I received came in a different-colored package and burns out very quickly. Saied B. does not recommend this product Vaporesso GTi coils (5 pack)
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
The coils you received are indeed the same as those shown in our photo. Vaporesso has recently changed the packaging for some of its products, including its coils, which explains the difference in the packaging color.
As for their rapid wear, there are several possible causes, including the use of an unsuitable e-liquid or vaping at too high a power setting.
Please feel free to contact us directly so we can discuss this with you and work together to determine the cause of the issue.
Have a great day,
The Calumette Team.
