Aspire Revolto S Box Mod

Aspire has revamped its dual-battery box mod with the Revolto S, a version featuring a refreshed design that retains the DNA of the original Revolto.

Its rectangular shape with rounded corners ensures a comfortable grip despite the presence of two batteries. The box is made from aluminium alloy and features magnetic side panels for easy access to the battery compartment.

510 connection compatible with clearomizers up to 26 mm in diameter

With a maximum power output of 220 W, the Revolto S is particularly well-suited to clearomizers and atomizers designed for an airy vaping experience. Its 510 connection allows for the use of tanks up to 26 mm in diameter.

Battery compartment

The Revolto S operates on two 18650 batteries, sold separately. The batteries are easily installed by removing the magnetic panel from the box.

The mod can be charged directly via its USB-C port, with a charging current of up to 2A. However, for optimal battery management, we recommend using a dedicated external charger.

Front panel

On the front panel, there is a 0.96" display. The Revolto S features Aspire’s ASP chipset, which offers five operating modes to tailor your vaping experience to your kit and habits.

• WATT: standard power adjustment from 5 to 220 W.
• VOLTAGE: output voltage adjustment.
• BYPASS: unregulated operation, with power output depending on the battery charge and the installed coil.
• TC: temperature control with compatible Ni, Ti and SS coils.
• CPS: creation of a customised power curve to adjust the power output during the draw.

0.96" TFT screen

The coil range extends from 0.08 to 3.5 ohms, allowing the Revolto S to be used with a wide variety of set-ups.

The three buttons on the front panel allow you to navigate easily between the different settings. An ON/OFF switch located below the screen also allows you to quickly switch the box off when not in use.

Use

- Charging your box mod:
Plug the USB-C cable into the port on your Aspire Revolto box mod, after inserting two 18650 batteries in the recommended orientation.
However, for optimal battery management, we recommend using a dedicated external charger.

- Switching your box mod on/off:
Slide the button on the front panel to switch your Revolto box mod on or off.

- Locking your box mod:
Press the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously to lock these buttons. To lock the entire mod, press the “power” button three times within one second.

- Changing modes:
Press the “+” and “Power” buttons simultaneously to change the mode on your box mod.

Advice

To extend the life of your batteries and optimise charging efficiency, we recommend using an external battery charger.
