Following on from the Gen 80S box, the Gen 200 box is now available in a more powerful version for vapers looking for greater autonomy. The design is sleek and modern, adding a touch of freshness. Its size is relatively small for a dual-battery box.

Like the Gen 80 S, the Gen 200 is particularly light, even with the 2 replacement batteries in place. You'll be pleasantly surprised by its ergonomics. The power button is ideally located to suit both small and large hands.

Ignition button and 510 connection

Its 29 mm width means it can accommodate large-diameter, high-power clearomizers. The box can deliver up to 220W of power, so it's got plenty under the bonnet...

Removable hatch for access to the two 18650 batteries

There's no battery hatch under the box, but a removable magnetic cover behind which you'll find your 2 18650 batteries. There's a USB type C socket on the front of the box for occasional fast charging of your batteries.

Large colour screen

The front panel features a large 0.96" screen and 3 Vaporesso-specific adjustment buttons. The large colour screen stands out for its clarity and legibility, a feature that is rare enough to merit a special mention. You'll notice that the operating value in Watt appears very large on the screen.

The AXON chipset includes the classic operating modes and 2 others specific to Vaporesso: Variable Wattage and Voltage (to be used in 'Soft', 'Normal' or 'High' mode), Bypass, F(t) mode and Pulse mode.

• F(t) mode brings out the flavours in greater depth. It is linked to changes in temperature throughout the vape.
• Pulse mode gives an impulse during vaping to produce a regular cloud during aspiration.

Use

- Charging your box mod:
Plug the USB cable into the port on your Vaporesso box (Type C socket), after inserting the 2 18650 batteries in the recommended direction. While your box is charging, you can continue to vape. The box has a charge indicator.

- Using your box mod :
To access the menu, press 3 times or press and hold the button below the power adjustment buttons. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to navigate.

You can also navigate quickly by pressing the same button 3 times in less than a second. To enter the various options and confirm your choices, press the "power" button. Navigation instructions appear directly on the box screen.

The lock/unlock system is automatic. Press the "switch" 3 times in succession to unlock it.

- Switching your mod box on and off :
Press the "power" button 5 times to switch your box on or off.
