Voopoo Drag X New Color Pod kit

The Voopoo Drag X Pod kit has all the same features as the Drag S, but differs in that it incorporates an 18650 battery and increases its power from 60 to 80W. The leather-look design and stitching add an ultra-fashionable touch.

Drag X replacement battery door

Presented as a pod with its rechargeable cartridge, the Drag X is compact but taller than the Drag S (12.4 cm Drag X compared with 11.5 cm Drag S), allowing it to take an 18650 battery. Charging is via a USB type C cable.

Voopoo Drag X screen

The on-board Gene chipset offers a host of functions. The device incorporates power control. It automatically detects the value of the coil and sets the maximum power it can handle. No more risk of error or dry hits due to incorrect settings. This safety feature is available in "Smart" mode.

The second mode available is "RBA". The box operates in the absence of power-related safety: this means that the battery is above the values recommended by the coil. As the name suggests, this mode is useful for cartridges with a rebuildable RBA tray.

Unlike its big sister, the Drag S does not have an automatic mode.

The display shows the charge indicator, the number of puffs, the value of the coil in ohms and the operating voltage. There's even a clock.

Drag X cartridge

The large-capacity 4.5 ml PCTG cartridges are designed for direct or slightly restrictive draw. The magnetic cartridge is easy to fit. Filling is from the bottom. Drag X is equipped with the famous VM6 0.15 ohm and VM1 0.3 ohm PnP coils for a powerful, airy vape. If you want an indirect draw, simply use V-Suit cartridges and Voopoo PnP coils greater than or equal to 1 ohm.

Use

- Switching on/off your Voopoo Drag X pod:
Perform 5 consecutive presses on the swich.

- Recharging your Voopoo Drag X pod:
Plug the USB-C cable into your computer's USB port or wall socket, after inserting an 18650 battery into the slot provided.

- Adjusting the power:
Use the "+" and "-" buttons to change the power of your box.

- Setting the time:
Press the power button and the "+" and "-" buttons to access the clock setting.

- Locking your pod:
Press the power and "+" buttons simultaneously to lock the power of your device.

- Changing the operating mode:
Press the power button 3 times to switch between "Smart" and "RBA" mode.

- Refilling your Voopoo cartridge :
Pull on the drip of the cartridge to remove it from the pod. Lift the Teflon cover on the bottom of the cartridge and fill it. Then pute your cartridge back in place.

- Changing the coil :
Pull on the drip of the cartridge to remove it from the pod. Then remove the coil and fit the new one. Put your cartridge back in place.

Advice

- We suggest you put a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton part of your Voopoo PnP coil. This will prevent a burnt taste.
